Phobos and Deimos

These are OCs I created for the second event of . They are twin NEXTs (superpowered humans in the Tiger & Bunny universe), and they are the villains, it seems...

PHOBOS:
He is the older of the twins and the leader. He would never harm his little brother, ever.
He has the power to bring to life the worst fears of up to five people at the same time.
He summons physical things; unlike his brother’s power, Phobos’s power does not operate on the mind, so he’s not trapping you in a nightmare or anything.
So what if your worst fear is something not physical? For example, what if your worst fear is an event, like your best friend dying? He can’t make your best friend die, but he can summon something that would make your best friend die, like making a boulder suddenly appear in the sky above your best friend.
Phobos cannot directly affect any living thing, so if you’re terribly afraid of your skin turning pink (;D Hamilcar), he can’t make it happen.
He also cannot summon anything that never existed, so if for some reason, you’re afraid of unicorns, they will not appear. XD But if it did exist at some point (like dinosaurs), he can summon it. He can summon anything that the person imagines is his/her worst fear, but it will only be a construct. (physically there and everything but it won't have details that Phobos doesn't know about/the person doesn't imagine; for example, if he summons a dinosaur, a scientist wouldn't be able to extract any real DNA from it) [changed because I realized the striked-out part of his power didn't match up with a story of the twins in the past that I had in mind]
The bigger things he summons and the more he summons, the less control Phobos has. He’d have a fairly hard time handling a dinosaur, rhinoceros, elephant, earthquake, and thunderstorm at the same time. (Actually, if it was those five things all at once, it’d probably be impossible for him to control them.)
If Phobos is unconscious, everything he summons disappears. This is true for whether he’s taken a hit to the head or simply falls asleep.

DEIMOS:
He is the younger of the twins and pretty rebellious. Sometimes he even likes to defy his brother’s orders, but he loves him all the same and also would never hurt him.
He has the power not only to create fear in the minds of others, but also to direct that fear. For example, he can make a person very afraid of a particular thing or even another person. If he does nothing to direct the fear, he can just ramp up the feeling until the person pretty much goes hysterical.
He can affect a great crowd of people, but his power spreads thinner and thinner with more and more people. He can inspire absolute, but directionless terror in 100 people at a time, but can only keep complete control over the direction of fear with about 20 people at once. Much more than that, and the degree of the fear starts lessening and it becomes harder for him to focus the direction of their fear.
To explain the previous bullet some more, Deimos can convince 20 people that they are suddenly extraordinarily, irrationally afraid of pillows, and nobody will be able to talk them out of it, but if he tries to do this with 30 people, those people can shake off the specific fear of pillows if someone tries to talk reason into them; that won’t get rid of the general feeling of fear, though.
Like with his brother, if Deimos is unconscious, all the fear he generates vanishes.

BOTH:
The twins are rather calm and fearless in general.
They don’t seem particularly greedy.
They don’t seem to take any particular enjoyment in inspiring fear in others.
Make of that what you will...

General facts:
Height: 6'5" (195.6 cm)
Weight: 159 lbs (72 kg) (Yeah, they're really pushing the skinny side of things.)
Age: 17 (though they often get mistaken for being in their mid-twenties because they're tall)

Differences in physical appearance (ignoring clothes)?
Deimos's hair is a little longer...
Phobos likes to joke that he's 1/16th of an inch taller.
Deimos will reply that if the above is true, then he's an ounce lighter than Phobos (because 1 ounce = 1/16th of a pound). XD (not that height and weight really correspond that way...)
But they're really the same. They're identical twins.

So, yeah, I was in a rush to create these guys and draw them, so I'm sorry that the art is sloppy and I don't know how to shade or do wrinkles as usual and all that stuff.

Which one do you like better? And if you want, guess which one I prefer~ (though I love them both as I love all my OCs <3)
